Two-time state champion Tucker Sjomeling of Minnesota has announced that he will be headed to Nebraska following his senior season at Delano high school. Sjomeling made the announcement on Twitter:

Sjomeling was the class AA 126-pound state champion for Delano this past season, and was also the 106-pound AA state champion as a freshman. As a freshman he finished his year 41-1 with that lone loss eliminating him from placing in the 106 bracket. As a sophomore he moved up to 113 where he was third. Sjomeling was also the 2016 USA Wrestling folkstyle nationals runner-up at 126 pounds.

He will project at either 125 or 133 pounds for the Huskers.
