Omaha Central went on a streak in the final round as they won the title in every weight class from 152 through 220 to finish 51 points ahead of 2nd place team Aurora. Emilio Haynes (106), Eron Haynes (126), Tre`Vion Williams (152), Dax Galloway (160), Randy Johnson (170), Jacob Hilding (182), Jose Hernandez-Sandoval (195), and Tyrick Parham (220) all finished first, and the Eagles totaled 20 pins in the tournament. Bellevue East had 2 finalists with Stephen Janovich finishing 2nd at 285 and Colton Patrick winning the title at 120.

Ralston Invite:
Millard South used 9 tournament champions and 24 falls to amass 261 points to nearly double 2nd place Fremont’s 133 points. Champions for the Patriots were Blake Jackson (106), Austin Coufal (120), Creighton Baughman (126), Nathan Rodriguez (132), Zac Charity (138), Austin McDonald (145), Connor Olin (152), Isaac Trumble (160), and Braden Trimble (170). Fremont was led by champions Cody Fielder (113) and Justin Pettit (182), with Noah Molzahn (120) and Cody Carlson (126) finishing as runner-ups. Omaha Benson, Ralston and Lincoln Northeast each had one champion in Javone Malone (195), Dajour Willis (220) and Mar`San Casteneda (285) respectively.

Bellevue East finished 3rd in the team race, only 7.5 points behind the runner up team and 17.5 points behind the team champion. #4 ranked Jakody Rezac (132) and #5 ranked Joel Anstine (285) finished 2nd in their brackets and each had 2 falls. Doug Cheek (113) and #3 ranked Derek Wagstaff (138) finished 3rd in their brackets and recorded 4 falls between them. Kyle Waring (145) and Gabriel Jeffrey (182) finished 4th in their brackets, and despite only losing 1 match each, Bryce Alderette (106) and Tyler Nawrocki (152) both finished in 5th place.

Al Garrison Duals (IA):
Millard West finished with a 2-3 record in this 16-team dual tournament.
The Wildcats were without the services of returning state placer Camden Russell, but had 4 wrestlers finish with undefeated records. Cole Zebley (113) went 5-0 with 2 falls, Levi May (132) went 5-0 with 4 falls, Doug Vawter (195) went 5-0 with 2 falls and 2 major decisions, and Alexander Dukart (220) went 5-0 with 3 falls. Jack Huffman (120/126) went 4-1 with his lone loss coming to the #2 ranked wrestler in Iowa (3A, 113) by a 9-8 score.

Raytown South Holiday Tournament (Raytown, MO):
Lincoln North Star tied for 4th place at this tournament that included teams from Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas. Javien Perez record 4 pins and won the title at 145, while Brandon Yost recorded 3 pins and a runner-up finish at 160, Vu Dinh earned 3 falls and a 5th place medal at 113, and Jesus Cisneros used 3 falls to finish 6th at 170.

Flatwater Fracas:
Kearney finished 2nd in this 30-team dual tournament, only losing 39-33 to class B state title contender Gretna. Brayden Smith (106), Rylie Steele (113), Phillip Moomey (120), and Teontae Wilson (145) all earned wins over higher ranked opponents over the weekend. Moomey, Nick James (132), Reece Nicol (170), Izzy Bautista (220), and Lee Herrington (285) all posted 7-0 records. Columbus finished 5th with a 48-23 win over 6th place Papillion-La Vista and Lincoln Southwest finished 7th with a 39-35 win over Cheyenne East. In a battle of top ranked wrestlers in 195A and 195B, Colton Wolfe won 5-2 over Grant Bruner of Gretna.
