Less than 2 weeks removed from coaching Joe Berg to a NAIA National Title for Midland University, Dana Vote has been named the new head coach at Doane University in Crete, NE.

This past season, Vote led the Warriors to a 3rd place finish at the GPAC, and sent 5 wrestlers to the NAIA national tournament. Joe Berg finished as the 141lb national champion, while Midland finished 13th out of 49 teams at the national tournament. Vote also led the Warriors to 10 dual wins this season, which is the most since wrestling program was reinstated in 2011.
