Bennington distanced themselves from the field and won the subdistrict title, finishing ahead of runner-up and host school Nebraska City by 39.5 points. Nebraska City and Pierce had quite the battle for the second position. Bennington qualified all fourteen wrestlers for districts next week.

Nebraska City wrestled without their 113 pounder, Gabe Hartman, who had been ranked earlier this year. The Pioneers still qualified 11 for districts. Pierce was able to qualify ten wrestlers.

Elkhorn North had 4 qualify for districts. This is the first year Elkhorn North has been open, so they are looking for their first qualifier and state medalist.

Exciting finals match at 160 between #5 Kruntorad and #9 Sjulin with Kruntorad winning 8-7.

B1-A was the lone subdistrict with seven teams as opposed to six in the rest.
