In order to make the 1st or 2nd team all wrestlers must be a state qualifier. For Honorable Mention in the lightest weights we looked at match winners in Omaha or those who won roughly two-thirds or more of their matches for the season. Occasionally our panel decided to include a few non-qualifiers that came up short in tough districts, but had great seasons with multiple wins over several qualifiers and medalists. As the weights increase the winning percentage requirement decreases to above .500 unless there are not enough wrestlers above .500 to make the top two teams. In the highest weights we included wrestlers to honorable mention with sub .500 records (170 on up). We didn’t intentionally leave anyone out on this list, so please feel free to leave positive feedback for us and if they meet the requirements we will add them to the list. We used a five person committee to determine the wrestlers.
